Ugh. Food is evil. I ate so fucking much, I am sick. I went off My diet for a week for the Holidays and will be starting up again the day after Christmas. Turkey, pork roast, potatos,yam, 3 kinds of pies–I ate everything. I have Holiday over-eating guilt already and it’s not even Christmas day.
