Well just got done coloring MY hair.  It actually still has more red and isn’t as dark as it looks in this picture, but for some reason it turned out this color in the photo.  I’ll try to take one in the day time when the color is more accurate, but it is dark brown with less red tones in it.    I think after a few more colorings with this ash brown, I might get all the red out.  FUCK.  MY nose is friggin’ perfection!  Look at that thing! 

So here is MY hair after coloring with this ammonia-and-peroxide-free  permanent color.  I just took this minutes ago right after showering, coloring and drying My hair.  Eeeps! No make-up!  I hardly have any product in it, so it’s a bit less curly than usual.  Today I start with my no sulfate and silicone hair regime.  Let’s see if after a few months of this, if I really get less frizz and more defined and tight curls.  Some of those CG girls before and after pic are amazing!   I hope it works!  I’m looking for hair product to add for you guys to buy asap.  hairlip already got everything I had added!

Well I was reading forums at naturallycurly.com and have been pouring over them for a few days now. These chicks are serious about their curls!   They discuss at great length the best hair products to use and what technique to form the most fat and frizz free ringlets as possible. It’s insane! They have an entire curl language.  Plopping, plunking, pixing curling, skip curling.  Crazzzy stuff.

Product wise, it seems that I am doing a few things wrong in the care of My curls.  I am going to stop using sulfate shampoos.(which most shampoos have sulfate) and silicone conditioners.  The before and afters of these ladies on this curly girl regime are amazing, so I’m hopping on the bandwagon and making you guys buy ME all the product I will need for this, including non-sulfate hair cleansers, silicone free curl enhancers and conditioners, micro-fiber towels and all natural ammonia and peroxide free hair color.  So step up bitches.  Serve My curls, Bow to MY ringlets, Worship My Mane of Hair!  I will be experimenting with what products work for Me.so My list will be long..what I like I will keep and what I don’t like I’ll trash (or more likely I’ll let gather in the closet of hair products I never use but can’t seem to be able to part with.)   I added some hair stuff on My amazon wishlist.  Here are things that aren’t on  amazon that I want to try asap.  Oh I also plan to try going back to a rich brunette without all the reds in MY hair.  We will see how that goes because it seems no matter what color I color My hair it always winds up going back to the reddish brown although My natural color is just plain brown.

Oh alas, the splitender that twinkie bought ME, did not forever change MY life.  It’s one of those “As Seen on TV” products, so I really didn’t have much hope..but if by some small chance this little gadget had REALLY magically snipped just 1/4 inch of the ends of all My hair, I would have been sooo fucking ecstatic.  Do you know how many hours I spend with scissors meticulously searching for split-ends to snip off?  It’s gotten to the point that I do it like some sort of compulsive disorder.always looking for “just one more.”    Anyway, the reviews on amazon said it worked.but after about 2 hours of trying to drag that thing through my hair, I really didn’t see that many little hairs inside the splitender.  I had to brush my  hair straight, (not a pretty sight) and pick out little sections of hair. It took FOREVER and kept getting tangled.  Maybe it works better for straight haired people, but it really did jack-shit for Me.  2 thumbs down.
