Update: Ignore what I said about Silestone..I just changed MY mind AGAIN. I officially just bought granite. Alright I decided Im getting Silestone counters. I love the granite, but I don’t think I’m responsible enough to maintain it. So I got MY estimated quote on new counters and they will be coming to measure that next week. They measure for carpet friday. The living room is coming together nicely. I picked out this fluffy carpet in a light creamy earthy color called Hearthstone. The paint I LOVE LOVE LOVE! The kitchen is another matter. I decided I wanted to do something kinda old world and rich, but more colorful than usual. So we ran off and got this stuff called Exotic Honey.(personally I think I fell for the sexy name more than the color) Anyway, I slap some up today and it’s more like Exotic Diarrhea. Well it’s only a small bit of wall I painted, but it’s friggin scaring Me every time I walk by. DropDeadRed to the rescue! She’s advising Me on a new color choice.
