Yesterday I did a long weight workout then later on did 40 on the treadmill and abs. Today I think I will do another Firm Tape in a few hours.
I’ve been making drunk tom pop viagra which makes money instantly POP out of him! I got another $100 out of him. Then a old blast from the past emerged from the underbelly of the earth–puppet slave. he started out by begging for a $100 money request. So I sent him one. he paid it so I made him go pay another $50. he was really fucking stupid and took him forever to get it done, which wore on My patience–so I screamed at him a lot and made him go pay another $200–bringing his total total to $350. he promised to cough up another $300 today.
Update: his $300 just showed up! $650 in less than 24 hours..not bad, FREEEAK!
toiletbrush got ME a few more convertible strap bras from VS, a drawstring skirt and another nightie. smelly balls made a $300 donation and was forced to sing the smellyball blues while torturing his balls and weenie with rubbing alcohol, hotsauce, straight pins and toothpaste on the phone. he has a terrible singing voice but the song was fucking hysterical. “i ain’t got no life or money! my creditcards are so maxed out! I made him sing several verses. I’ve been so fucking behind on MY wishlists. I tried to update the fulfilled wishlist with some of the gifts I’ve gotten the last few weeks or so. The majority of it has been shit for this photo project kick I’ve been on. It’s really easy to lose track of that shit and who gave what. Gotta run. Later

Just finished that fucking nasty hard Firm Tape. I’m posting what I am doing work-out-wize cuz it makes ME more dedicated when other people know whether or no Im wimping out on MY fitness program plus seeing it in print seems to be keeping ME motivated. Who knows.I go through all kinds of work-out phases.

Let’s see. today I did this 60 Minute Firm Work-Out and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I plan to do another 30 on the treadmill and abs late tonite.

I did My late work-out as planned. I want to work out twice a day. One long one and one shorter one in the evening. I might even try to do a 30 minute cardio as soon as I wake up if I get really motivated. I’m going to start doing some focus work on MY calves tomorrow cuz they have been getting kinda too lanky with My dieting and all the cardio.

Today I did this 60 minute Firm workout. I’m going to do another 30minutes on the treadmill and an abs workout at 11:30 tonite.

Oh I’m no longer accepting any new Discover and Amex memberships. If you HAVE a membership being billed through Me privately , it’s okay.most of you guys have had those memberships for eons.it will still be an active subscription–I just can’t keep up with having to keep track of passwords for NEW, unreliable guys when it’s not part of the automated password admin. you either signup through verotel–where it’s all done for Me.or you’re outta luck. you can just pay to see pictures..but I’m not messing with tracking your password and your subscription manually anymore.
